Our laboratory-made MouthGuardians are custom-created to deliver provide vastly improved fit and 
retention vs. boil-and-bite mouthguards. They are available in six levels of thickness and protection to meet you patients’ unique activity levels. They incorporate from one to three layers of laminated ethylvinylacetate material, with an occlusal thickness between 3 and 8 mm. Mouth Guardians can be customized with colors, team logos, etc. to express your patient’s personality and preferences.

The DeLux Mouth Guardian Lineup:
JUNIOR – recommended for smaller children (ages 5 to 7) and smaller sized arches. Clear Only. Single layer approx. 1.5mm thick.
LIGHT – recommended for athletes aged seven and above. Single layer, approx. 3mm thick.
LIGHT PRO – made from two layers with a hard layer (.8mm) in between. The hard layer goes over the anteriors only, just over incisal edge. Two layers approx. 3mm thick.
MEDIUM PRO – “the go to” Mouth Guardian. Ideal for high school and college athletes. Two layers approx. 4mm thick.
HEAVY – recommended for adults and young adults playing high contact sports.
Two layers with an EVA power band (which acts as a shock absorber) in the middle, approx. 5mm thick.
HEAVY PRO – same as HEAVY, but a hard layer replaces the EVA power band. The hard layer goes over the anteriors only, just over incisal edge and is approx. 8mm thick.
