Solid Zirconia for Beautiful, Flexible & Durable Restorations

With a plethora of benefits, solid zirconia is becoming one of the most prescribed materials for dental crowns today. DeLux provides world-class zirconia restoration options and support, to help you bring patients the greatest esthetics, performance and cost-effectiveness available on the market.

The esthetic effects alone are enough to make solid zirconia a premier option in restorations, allowing for fully customizable size, shaping and shading to match and improve upon natural patient tooth characteristics.

When you complement the visual attractiveness with the long-lasting strength of the solid zirconia restorations, which are at least 5 times stronger than porcelain/metal fused restorations, the advantages multiply. DeLux can design and produce dental crowns custom milled from solid blocks of premium zirconia and baked at ultra high temperatures, yielding nearly indestructible finished crowns.

Indications & Contraindications

Indications

Solid zirconia is indicated for crowns, bridges, implants, inlays and onlays, screw-retained implant crowns and full-arch implant prostheses. It is an esthetic alternative to PFM metal occlusal/lingual or full-cast restorations.

The chip proof durability of solid zirconia restorations is ideal for bruxers who have broken natural teeth or previous PFM restorations. Solid zirconia is also ideal when the patient lacks the preparation space for a PFM.

Contraindictions

Not desirable for anterior esthetics.
