Make the Right Impression with Your Patients

Custom Trays

The key to success for any restoration is an accurate final impression. Whether it be for crown and bridge, or for a partial or full denture an anatomically correct custom tray will yield better results than a stock tray. Our custom trays are rigid and are contoured to follow (even approximate) vital areas of the preliminary model. So when you take your final impression, compression is neutral, vital areas are captured, and impression material distortion is minimized.

Occlusion Rim/Bite Block

When establishing an accurate “bite”, it is important to have a stable base with an occlusal scheme made to proper anatomic specifications. This enables the patient and the doctor to efficiently register centric relation, mark the midline and lip line, check the curve of spee and lip support without the need for excessive and time-consuming in-office modifications.

Intra-Oral Tracing Device

Considered by many to be the easiest, most accurate way to establish centric relation. This simple device maps a pattern on a table that takes all the guesswork out of “getting the bite right”. When mounted utilizing the kinematic relater, (E.P.F. tech.) the Bennet movement is reproduced thus working and balancing occlusion is achieved clinically and not just on the articulator.
